Praying the Rosary

In Catholic tradition May is the month we dedicate to Mary. Here at St Paul's we mark this important month by learning more about the Rosary.

This year we thank our RE teachers for guiding the Year 7 pupils through the praying of the Rosary. Each student received a set of beads, along with a prayer card, and together pray through the decades of the Rosary for a chosen intention. It was wonderful to see the children participate so well in these lessons. Each pupil had a turn at reciting the prayers and together, pondering on the Joyful Mysteries. We have encouraged all the students to pray the Rosary at home with their families and we hope that you will be able to join them during your own prayer times in your homes.
