Year 12 Careers Fair
St Paul’s held its annual Year 12 Careers Fair recently and what an insightful event this was for our students. Each year the Fair becomes increasingly popular with more representatives from both the public and private sectors happy to give up their time to offer advice and guidance to our students.
Each pupil had the opportunity to talk to employers and universities of their choice, all offering invaluable advice and information on the various pathways available to them. As well as the Careers Fair, Innervate Careers Services ran a workshop on employability skills which gave pupils a deeper understanding of how important these are to employers, along with qualifications.
Year 12 were given much food for thought. Kai in 12J felt that “the day provided him with a great insight and had really helped to figure out what kind of career he wanted to do.”
St Paul’s would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who came to the school to offer advice - your support is invaluable:
