Performance in Education Careers Workshop

On 12th February the theme of the morning for Year 10 was Careers, where we welcomed Performance Education to the school to give our students an  entertaining presentation on “Working Wonders – preparing for the world of work”.  The morning featured a drama performance highlighting the  importance of keeping your options open and to always have a back-up  plan if life takes an unexpected turn of events.  Discussions were held on        motivation with students being asked to reflect on what keeps them motivated in their studies.  There was also a question and answer session on the types of job opportunities available in this day and age, showing how the job market has evolved in the last few years.  It was a great morning giving the students much food for thought
