Teach SouthEast delivers high quality, bespoke school-centred initial training (ITT) programmes for aspiring primary and secondary teachers across the South East of England.
It is led by two outstanding teaching school alliances, St John the Baptist in Woking and Salesian School in Chertsey, both of whom have St Paul's Catholic College as a strategic partner. Teach SouthEast have a vast network of partnership schools and are passionate about training and developing outstanding teachers for the future.
Since being involved in initial teacher training (ITT), Teach SouthEast are proud to say that 100% of all trainees completing the course passed with qualified teaching status (QTS) with 72% being graded as outstanding trainees against the teaching standards. An impressive 95% are now employed in schools within the partnership and 100% being employed by the end of their training year.
As well as offering training, both alliances identify and coordinate expertise in partner schools to use the best leaders and teachers to lead learning and provide school-to-school support across both alliances and further afield as required.
Teach SouthEast offer training in all subjects and in a variety of routes including Schools Direct and PGCE. The Partnership is also licensed to deliver the National College Leadership Programmes.
