St Paul's Catholic College Providing Education For The Diocese Of Westminster
St Paul’s Together Fundraiser – 7th July 2017
Following on from the success of the last St Paul’s Together Fundraising event, we are delighted to announce that we will be holding another quiz on the evening of Friday 7th July. This time it will be a general knowledge quiz with all money raised again going towards the School Library Improvement Project. The Library (LRC) is one of the most well used areas within St Paul’s Catholic College. Teachers use the Library within their English lessons to encourage students to read and improve their literacy skills. It is also used as a study area during break and lunch times, as well as before and after school, giving students a quiet place to work and revise. The LRC is at the heart of our school but after years of use would really benefit from some improvements.
The evening will be a fun event, with spot prizes and a raffle, and will bring staff and parents together to fundraise for the benefit of all our students. Quiz Tickets are £5 per person and are available via Wisepay on the Parent Portal – www.st-pauls.surrey.sch.uk. If you do not have a Wisepay account, tickets will be available from Reception. The first drink will be included within the price of the ticket but please bring any further beverages and/or snacks that you might like to have with you for the rest of the evening.
Teams should be between 6-8 people but if you don’t have sufficient numbers for a team please don’t worry – we can put teams together on the night. The Library/Premises/Sixth Form Team are the current trophy holders. Will it be your turn this time?
Thank you in advance for giving up your time – we greatly appreciate the fantastic support of our parents here at St Paul’s Catholic College.
